Job Role:
Responsible for managing and supervising the complete fabrication process of exhibition stalls, ensuring quality production, timely completion, proper team coordination, and smooth execution from workshop fabrication to on-site installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication activities in the workshop.
- Allocate work to fabricators, welders, carpenters, painters, and other production staff.
- Execute stall fabrication work as per approved designs and drawings.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Ensure proper quality, finishing, and accuracy of fabricated structures.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and site teams.
- Inspect materials and ensure proper utilization with minimum wastage.
- Manage fabrication tools, equipment, and workforce.
- Solve fabrication-related issues during production and installation.
- Coordinate stall installation and dismantling activities at exhibition venues.
- Ensure safety standards are followed in workshop and site work.
- Maintain daily production updates and progress reports.
- Train and guide fabrication team members for better productivity.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
