Job Description – Fitter

MB Exports Limited produces Dewatering & Irrigation Quick Couplings (since 1997) and Vacuum Piston Pumps (since 2008).
Recognized as a Star Export House, the company is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007.
We are looking for an Experienced Fitters for our maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out machine breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Execute routine oiling, greasing, and lubrication of machines and equipment.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through timely maintenance activities.
- Inspect, repair, and replace defective mechanical components.
- Maintain maintenance records and report machine issues to the Maintenance In-charge.
- Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of:
- CNC Machines
- VMC (Vertical Machining Center)
- HMC (Horizontal Machining Center)
- Welding Machines
- Power Press Machines
- Hydraulic Machines
- Laser Cutting Machines
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI Fitter with 8–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to safety.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Overtime
Duty Timing: 8 Hours +OT
