Job Description
Catapult Creative Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience and a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for accounting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
