About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial R&D leader to head our Beverage Innovation function. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end development of innovative beverage products, from concept creation through commercial launch, while ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative beverage products across multiple categories.
- Translate customer and market requirements into commercially viable products.
- Drive continuous product improvement through innovation and optimization.
- Lead commercialization from concept through pilot trials, manufacturing validation, and commercial production.
- Establish R&D systems, documentation, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across product development, manufacturing, procurement, and quality functions.
- Mentor and develop the R&D team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Identify emerging technologies, ingredients, and consumer trends to strengthen the innovation pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in beverage product development and commercialization.
- Proven experience leading successful product launches and cross-functional projects.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
