About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales and Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving IT sales by generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting those leads into sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for researching and identifying new IT sales opportunities in the market.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT sector through various channels, including Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead-generation tools.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their requirements and introduce company services/products.
- Generate leads, set up meetings, and manage follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations on lead generation activities and progress.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 to 6 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (a plus).
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and/or LinkedIn outreach (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify target markets and leads.
- Ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Time management and ability to multitask efficiently.
