This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, candidate engagement, coordination, and working in a fast-paced small-team environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) along with supporting HR Operations (20%) activities.
The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring smooth candidate experience, managing offer-to-joining engagement, and supporting onboarding and HR coordination processes.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, communication-focused, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback collection.
- Assess candidate stability, communication skills, and culture fit.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions professionally.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement from interview stage till joining.
- Minimize offer dropouts through continuous follow-up and relationship management.
- Work on multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
HR Operations (20%)
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction activities for new hires.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation support.
- Handle candidate document collection and verification coordination.
- Assist in exit interview coordination and employee exit formalities.
- Maintain HR records and recruitment documentation properly.
- Support general HR coordination activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT profiles is preferred.
- Strong communication and candidate handling skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment portals.
- Ability to handle salary negotiations and candidate engagement independently.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a small-team, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of onboarding and HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
