Job Overview
Mārga Darśana Consulting is seeking an experienced SFDC QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, integration testing, and CRM Analytics validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Key Requirements
- Strong Salesforce QA and testing experience.
- Experience with component-level and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and Data Loader.
- Good understanding of Service Cloud, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Salesforce security concepts.
- Experience validating CRM Analytics (TCRM) reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dev Tools.
- Knowledge of EAC, user configuration, and notification management.
- Understanding of effort estimation and test planning.
