- Handle back-office transactions across policy servicing, claims, and new business.
- Ensure accurate data entry and processing as per SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Manage daily workload/inventory and meet defined SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with clients/stakeholders (written & verbal).
- Identify process gaps and support change management initiatives.
- Develop and update SOPs, workflows, and process documents.
- Share regular process updates with the operations team.
- Maintain strong understanding of insurance (life, pensions, annuities).
- Collaborate with team members to drive process efficiency.
- Graduate with 1–7 years of operations experience; MS Office proficiency required.
