Social Media Executive – TWS
Location: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi (Work from Office)
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)
About TWS: TWS is a digital marketing agency that helps fitness brands, doctors, dieticians, gyms, yoga studios, and wellness businesses grow through strategic marketing and advertising.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage clients' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Write engaging captions and hooks for posts and reels.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
- Assist in social media campaigns and brand-building activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding content approvals and feedback.
- Generate monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media tools.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creativity and understanding of social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding.
- Must have a laptop (in good working condition).
Preferred Skills:
- Reel strategy and content planning.
- Copywriting and storytelling.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads (preferred).
- Basic graphic design skills.
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
