The Pre-Sales Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and product expertise, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer requirements are accurately understood and addressed. The role involves close coordination with the sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized solutions, quotations, and proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and tenders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, operations, finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Support the post-sales team in ensuring smooth project handover and implementation.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
