We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimise Meta & Google ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Generate weekly/monthly campaign reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Knowledge of campaign optimisation, pixel tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Preferred
- Experience with lead generation or eCommerce brands.
- Google/Meta certifications are a plus.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location
Malad West, Mumbai
Candidates preferred from Mira Road to Andheri.
