Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Manager / Bid Manager to manage the complete tendering and bid submission process for government and enterprise projects related to CCTV, Surveillance, ITMS, Networking, and Electronic Security Systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in techno-commercial bid preparation, tender analysis, coordination with OEMs, and handling large-scale government projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and government tender documents.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from bid qualification to final submission.
- Prepare detailed BOQs, BOMs, compliance sheets, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, technical teams, procurement, and sales departments for pricing and technical inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of accurate and compliant bids.
- Review contractual terms, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Maintain bid trackers, documentation, and tender records.
- Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with government procurement norms.
- Support pre-sales and sales teams during client meetings, presentations, and clarifications.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in Tender Management / Bid Management / Presales.
- Strong experience in government tenders related to CCTV, Surveillance, IT Infrastructure, or Electronic Security Systems.
- Expertise in preparing techno-commercial bids, compliance documents, BOQs, and BOMs.
- Good technical understanding of:
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Servers & Storage
- IPCs & BOX PCs
- Networking & IT Infrastructure
- Embedded & Security Solutions
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GeM portal, CPP Portal, and e-tendering platforms.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and compliance standards.
- Experience working with OEMs and system integrators.

Pay: ₹10,711.77 - ₹42,258.18 per month
