Experienced MEP BIM Modeller with 4–8 years of hands-on experience delivering coordinated building services models for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Proficient in BIM standards, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical)
- Produce LOD 300–500 models and construction-ready drawings
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve clashes
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks / BIM 360
- Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Support site teams with model-based clarifications
Required Skills
- Autodesk Revit (MEP) – Advanced
- Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection)
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / ACC
- Knowledge of international codes & standards
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience & Education
- 4–8 years of relevant MEP BIM experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Experience working on Middle East projects
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
