Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management Leadership:
· Lead and manage the facility management team, including facility managers, maintenance staff, security personnel, and support staff.
· Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient operation of facilities, aligning with the organization's goals.
2. Operations Management:
· Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and other related services.
· Ensure that facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for employees, visitors, and tenants.
3. Vendor and Contractor Management:
· Establish and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements, monitor performance, and enforce service level agreements.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
· Develop and manage the facility management budget, optimizing spending while maintaining service quality.
· Monitor expenses, track financial performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
5. Health and Safety Compliance:
· Ensure that facilities adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
· Implement and oversee emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and workplace safety protocols.
6. Sustainability Initiatives:
· Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other sustainable practices within facilities.
· Implement and monitor sustainability programs to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.
7. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
· Liaise with internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to address facility-related needs and concerns.
· Maintain open lines of communication to ensure that facilities support the organization's objectives.
8. Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement:
· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for facility management and regularly assess performance against these metrics.
· Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Masters Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in facility management, with a track record of leadership and operations management.
· Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
· Budgeting and financial management expertise.
· Familiarity with facility management software and technology.
· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities.
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
