Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the Blue Pearl Affiliate / Partner Program. Recruit, guide, and support Team Leaders and Team Members. Drive jewellery sales through the affiliate network. Build an active and performance-oriented partner community. Conduct regular sales training, product training, and motivational sessions. Track team activation, sales performance, and partner growth. Develop regional sales and community-building strategies. Coordinate affiliate campaigns, fashion events, partner meets, and promotional activities. Identify high-performing partners and develop future Team Leaders. Work closely with Blue Pearl management to achieve brand visibility and sales targets. Travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, training, and business development activities
Pay: ₹14,222.15 - ₹57,140.50 per month
