Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the office's annual electrical design plan for transformers & reactors, perform its decomposed work plan.
2. Design input documents according to customer's technical agreement requirements, mail exchanges, etc. Complete the design and verification work of the product calculation sheet according to the company's design & verification procedure.
3. Complete the review of the product calculation sheet according to design plan requirements (including assessment outline, minutes of the review meeting and review report), and complete the submission of the design verification table and project modification work if products need to be verified.
4. Ask market department to get clarification for any missing information during contract review meeting. Make an agreement on customer drawing submission dates, and attend a kick-off meeting with the customer if required.
5. Complete review documents of product design as per plan requirement, and submit to the user for confirmation.
6. After the design of the submitted materials is completed, work out a list of documents submitted for review (according to the established procedures for design approval), and forward the list to the Marketing Department for submission to customers. If necessary, during the approval process, visit customers and conduct technical exchanges & answer questions to ensure the smooth passage of the review.
7. Complete the design and review of internal & secondary control parts of transformers and reactor products as per the production schedule.
8. Complete the preparation of related technical information including new product identification information, scientific research, project reporting, and patent reporting within the scope of the business.
9. Complete the analysis of product quality issues within the scope of business and establish quality files.
10. Complete the compilation of the product completion report (including the technology & quality summary of the product) according to the product completion plan; save all design work properly on the server as per company policy.
11. Assist in conducting product tender, consulting, and related technical cooperation work based on operational needs.
12. Coordinate the business work of related positions in this office and other related departments
13. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
