Skills and Competencies

5+ years of product management experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software products.

Strong knowledge of agile development practices and experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from end users to executives.

Proven ability to translate client, market, and internal feedback into clear product strategy and requirements.

Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and releases using tools such as JIRA.

Basic understanding of AI concepts with curiosity about responsible and effective use of AI tools.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Moody’s cyber risk applications, driving user value, adoption, and commercial success.

Define and manage the product roadmap, identifying market opportunities and competitive gaps.

Translate customer insights, data, and market research into actionable product requirements.

Partner closely with engineering, model development, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria to support consistent delivery.

Engage with clients, sales, and marketing to support go-to-market activities and represent the product externally.

Advocate for strong product management practices and continuous improvement across the team.
About the Team
The Product Management team at Moody’s develops software solutions that help insurers, reinsurers, and financial institutions better understand and manage complex risks. The cyber product team works in a fast-evolving market, collaborating closely with technology and analytics partners to deliver innovative cyber risk applications that support informed decision-making and risk management.
