- Supports development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, dashboards and other solutions using tools available in the landscape including QlikView, SQL, Excel, SharePoint Complete scheduled Quality Assurance testing of marketing campaigns Perform Quality Assurance analysis and reporting including the recommendation of process improvements as identified Work with business partners and SQA team to understand all cross functional impacts and interdependencies of identifies issues, Action Plans, and control breaks Interface with the MKS Controls Team to ensure their requests and requirements are delivered timely and consistently across all MKS functional teams Work on medium and long term (1 – 5 years) transformational projects impacting multiple lines of business within Retail Markets & Business Banking Actively lead teams and apply Process Engineering methodology, Project Management concepts and tools at every stage of the project Act in a leadership role in acquisition of data, information and feedback from internal and external sources Design and execute rigorous analysis to identify key issues and investigate feasibility of solutions to business challenges Provide advice and consultative support to address high impact business needs through value added input, analysis and/or perspectives in the form of comments, recommendations, opinions, and procedures, in the resolution of systemic issues
