Job Title: Client Service Associate
Location: Rourkela, Odisha (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be willing to learn about investment and financial services. You will play a key role in assisting clients, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with clients for KYC, account opening, SIP registrations, and other documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/software.
- Coordinate with AMCs and other financial institutions for client servicing.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of client requests.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Odia is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
