We are looking for an enthusiastic CAE Technical Trainer to join our Mechanical Engineering Department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in engineering analysis and are passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on CAE software, primarily ANSA and ANSYS.
- Guide students in understanding engineering analysis concepts, meshing techniques, and simulation workflows.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions and assist students with assignments and projects.
- Prepare technical presentations, learning materials, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students during project work and interview preparation.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and technical discussions.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Or any related engineering discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of ANSA.
- Basic understanding of ANSYS (Mechanical/Workbench/Discovery preferred).
- Understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of meshing, structural analysis, and engineering mechanics.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and teaching methodologies.
Language Requirements
Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in:
- English (Mandatory)
- Kannada (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Mandatory)
Knowledge of Tamil or Telugu will be an added advantage.
