- Ensure the plant is neat and all tools and machines are arranged as per standard
- Responsible for the quality of each work done at assigned stages at the Plant.
- Assess the status of work (Scheduled vs. actual) as per the stages and report regarding variation in the work
- Ensure that the PE has completed the plan & report by the end of the day
- responsible in arranging the work of the employees according to the production plan
- Plan over time together with HRM and verify the report and OT register
- Evaluate appropriate performance review of the employees
- Supervise and monitor work done by the workers.
- Take corrective actions for product complaints in all stages.
- Responsible for reducing wastage and giving suggestions to reduce wastage
- Ensure the availability of all tools and equipment in the allocated area
- Ensure the safety measures are done to meet safety standards
