About the Role:
We are hiring a Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. You will manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding and help us attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS is a plus.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple roles.
