Skymakers Ventures Pvt Ltd is a Bangalore-based real estate development company building residential and villa projects, with most of our sites located in the Whitefield and Sarjapur belt. As we grow our portfolio of upcoming developments, we are looking to strengthen our site execution team with an experienced Civil Site Engineer.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Civil Site Engineer with a proven track record in residential and villa construction to manage on-site execution, quality, and coordination for our Bangalore projects. This is a serious hiring requirement with an urgent joining timeline — please apply only if you meet the experience criteria and can join within 15–30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work progresses as per drawings, specifications, and approved schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely and quality execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Track material requirements, verify quantities, and coordinate with the procurement/store team to avoid site delays.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, and documentation (DPR, measurement books, material reconciliation, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and the project management team to resolve on-site technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and proactively flag delays or risks to the reporting manager.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Support billing and measurement verification for contractor bills.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings; coordinate revisions and clarifications with the design team as needed.
Required Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer, with mandatory prior experience in residential and villa projects with a real estate developer or construction company. Candidates from commercial, infrastructure, or industrial-only backgrounds will not be considered.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, RCC work, finishing works, and villa/residential building typologies.
- Hands-on experience with site execution, quality control, and coordination with multiple contractor teams.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel/MS Project for site documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately.
