Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with international clients, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Must have prior experience handling international calling and interacting with overseas clients, particularly in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
- Explain container home concepts clearly
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads
- Follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with design/technical team
- Maintain CRM data and track leads
- Assist clients in decision-making
- Build long-term client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Mandatory experience in international calling and client handling
- Experience communicating with clients in New Zealand, Australia, USA, and Canada markets
- Ability to understand different accents and communicate professionally with international prospects
- Basic real estate/construction knowledge (preferred)
- Comfortable working according to international time zones, including evening and night shifts when required
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience Level
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, international sales, lead generation, or customer support
- Candidates must have prior experience making outbound and inbound calls to clients in New Zealand, Australia, USA, and/or Canada
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and relevant international calling exposure may also be considered
