Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI-Powered Developer ( Remote) to join our marketing agency Ladr Media . This role focuses on building automation workflows, AI-driven tools, and web applications using modern AI-assisted development tools.
You will work in a fast-paced, async environment where tasks are assigned through briefs, and you are expected to take ownership and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review daily task briefs and independently execute development tasks
- Build automation workflows using tools like n8n
- Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs (Claude or similar)
- Create web applications using React / HTML / CSS
- Integrate and work with REST APIs
- Deliver multiple tasks/projects per week with efficiency
- Communicate progress and blockers via WhatsApp/Telegram
- Attend 2 weekly video meetings
Requirements :
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with APIs (authentication, requests, responses)
- Familiarity with React / HTML / CSS
- Ability to debug, modify, and understand code
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools (experience with Claude is a plus)
- Ability to work independently without detailed supervision
- Strong problem-solving and learning ability
Preferred :
- Experience with n8n or similar automation tools
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based development
- Experience working in remote or async teams (48hrs/week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
