- Assist customers in selecting clothing and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations (if required).
- Ensure proper stock display and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product features.
- Follow company policies and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
