Experience : 2-3 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month(Negotiable)
Location : Delhi Hauz Khas
Working Days : 5.5 Days(2nd & 4th Sat off & Sunday fix off)
Roles and responsibilities :
· Experience of working on CRM tools effort estimation, process management, control management and compliance with quality standards ensuring project delivery within time.
· Expertise in Vendor management (negotiations, resource selection, dispute settlement, costing).
· Building teams as per the project requirement.
· Building relationships with vendors and Clients to overcome language and cultural barriers and developing business.
· Experienced in handling of projects using use Project management tools (Hubspot/Jira), CAT Tools(SMARTCAT, SDL TRADOS), Business communication platforms (Slack/Flock), QA Tools(Verifka, X-Bench), and other apps to increase consistency and speed up translation processes.
· Good understanding of the role and implication of Machine learning and AI in Localization and working on AI tools like Chat GPT 3.5 and above , AWS, Cloud API ,SMARTCAT for Indian and foreign languages
· Ability to continually monitor progress against agreed-upon project plan, resolve project-related issues, and assist others in determining the Impact and probability of various project risks to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
· Experienced in leading and mentoring individuals to maximize levels of productivity, while forming a cohesive team environment.
· Well-versed in areas like Translation, Transcription, Subtitling, A/V Translation, and Interpretation.
· Responsible for leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products.
· work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives.
· Overseeing the deployment of programs or systems, and coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption. Supervising and providing training programs to the team and also leading support and troubleshooting efforts.
· Responsible for overall schedule and budget performance, selection and management of the translation team.
· Overseeing end-to-end localization workflow across the team using translation management tools and systems.
· Coordinating freelancers, localization vendors, linguists, subject-matter experts, and internal stakeholders.
· Documenting each step of the process and optimizing it
· Communicating internally and externally with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
· Balancing translation costs and project budgets
Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree
