Job Title: SEO Executive
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization practices and tools, along with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify long-tail and highly relevant keywords.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers (H1, H2), image alt attributes, and schema markup.
- Regularly audit websites for SEO issues using tools like Screaming Frog.
- Implement and monitor title tag, meta description, and header tag optimizations.
- Monitor site performance via Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Assist in building high-quality backlinks through guest posting, citations, and other white-hat techniques.
- Prepare SEO performance reports using Excel and present insights to internal teams.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of basic link-building strategies, including guest posting and local citations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity content management system (eg -Wordpress)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Exposure to technical SEO concepts and structured data
