About the Role
Q9 Infra is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-funnel marketing, performance campaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer lifecycle management. This role requires someone who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and continuously experiment to maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across the entire customer funnel—from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition while improving lead quality and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and website performance through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
- Build and manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and remarketing.
- Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, automation tools, and consumer behavior insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, email automation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as Real Estate, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Platforms, or Service Businesses.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, neuromarketing, and behavioral marketing principles.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
