Role Overview :
BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Teacher Audit Intern to join the Quality Assurance team. This role is critical in maintaining the quality and consistency of live classes by tracking session attendance issues and identifying the root causes behind student drop-offs and missed sessions.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct daily Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for instances of student drop-offs during live sessions
● Investigate and document reasons for students not joining scheduled sessions ● Track patterns and trends across teachers, time slots, and student cohorts related to attendance issues
● Maintain accurate records/reports of RCA findings for internal review
● Flag recurring or high-impact issues to the QA/Operations team for corrective action
● Collaborate with teachers, academic counselors, and operations teams to gather context for drop-off/no-show cases
● Support the QA team in building insights that improve overall session quality and student retention Skills & Qualifications
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● High attention to detail and consistency in daily reporting
● Good communication skills (written and verbal)
● Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets
● Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
● Prior experience or interest in EdTech, quality assurance, or education is a plus What You'll Gain

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
