Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Production Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our robotics production line. This role requires planning, resource allocation, manpower supervision, and continuous process optimization to ensure timely and quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Control
○ Plan daily production activities and ensure alignment with delivery targets
○ Coordinate with stores and purchase team for material availability
2. Team Supervision
○ Supervise floor staff , technicians, and machine operators
○ Allocate manpower and shift duties
3. Process Monitoring & Reporting
○ Maintain daily production logs, quality records, and performance KPIs
○ Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
4. Coordination with Quality & R&D Teams
○ Collaborate with QC and design teams to resolve production issues
○ Ensure design compliance in assemblies and fi ttings
Key Requirements
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering ✅ 3–6 years of production line experience, preferably in hardware or robotics ✅ Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills ✅ Basic understanding of lean manufacturing
