About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, growth-oriented, and execution-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to lead user acquisition and performance marketing for investment products.The role will be part of the Digital Marketing team responsible for scaling the B2C investments business across app and web platforms. This role requires end-to-end ownership of paid growth channels, user acquisition efficiency, activation quality, and full-funnel performance optimization.The ideal candidate combines strong fintech/investment domain expertise with deep app-growth experience and a modern AI-first operating mindset. This individual should be comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation workflows, and performance intelligence systems to drive faster analysis, optimization, experimentation, and execution at scale.This is a high-impact and fast-paced role with strong visibility and significant growth opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), Programmatic channels, and OEM/app-install partnerships.
- Build and execute monthly digital media acquisition plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Drive scalable user acquisition while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
- Own and optimize activation quality, with KPIs like users investing ₹5,000+ within 30 days.
- Own the complete acquisition funnel from Impression Install Registration KYC First Investment Repeat Investment.
- Continuously improve CPI, CAC, activation rates, uninstall rates, funnel conversion rates, and user quality metrics.
- Plan, execute, and measure structured experiments across creatives, audience cohorts, bidding models, landing pages, messaging, and channel mix.
- Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities and emerging growth channels.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, and platform relationships.
- Mentor and guide one junior performance marketing resource.
- Collaborate closely with Product, CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Business teams.
AI-Driven Growth & Marketing Operations
- Leverage AI tools, agents, and automation workflows for campaign analysis, creative iteration, audience insights, performance reporting, experimentation planning, budget allocation recommendations, and funnel diagnostics.
- Build a high-velocity, AI-assisted performance marketing operating model to improve speed, efficiency, and optimization quality.
- Use AI-enabled analytics and workflow tools to derive actionable insights and automate repetitive marketing operations where possible.
- Stay updated on emerging AI-driven marketing technologies, growth tooling, and platform capabilities to improve acquisition performance.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for CAC, ROAS, activation cohorts, revenue metrics, channel performance, user quality, and funnel conversion.
- Monitor attribution and campaign performance using tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, GA4, Mixpanel, and Clevertap.
- Curate actionable insights from Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and attribution systems.
- Validate optimization hypotheses through structured A/B testing and cohort analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for app-first businesses.
- Mandatory experience in fintech, investments, wealth-tech, or trading/broking platforms.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, and app acquisition ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing high-budget acquisition campaigns.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience driving app growth and user/customer activation at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads, programmatic buying, and OEM partnerships is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL, AI-enabled marketing workflows/tools, and marketing automation systems is an added advantage.
