B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3+ years of industry experience in site supervision, coordination, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of site execution processes, construction techniques, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating with the project team and reporting managers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges and ensure timely delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project/site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends or holidays, as project demands require.
