Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Provide end-to-end customer support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Farrukhnagar, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
