Role Overview
We are looking for a finance professional who can handle core financial analysis along with taxation and reporting responsibilities. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and highlight key deviations
- Build and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making
- Handle taxation work including computation and filing
- Prepare financial reports and support monthly/quarterly reviews
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Provide actionable insights based on financial analysis
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- MBA in Finance (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Variance Analysis
- Financial Modelling
- Taxation (Computation & Filing)
- Advanced Excel skills (data handling, formulas, analysis)
- Good in preparing reports
- Above-average communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
