Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in academic coordination, school administration, or educational program management.
- Experience working with NGOs or education projects will be an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise academic programs and yearly curriculum.
- Develop weekly and monthly lesson plans.
- Monitor classroom teaching and maintain academic quality standards.
- Conduct teacher observations, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare academic calendars and examination schedules.
- Design and review assessments, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Analyze student learning outcomes and recommend improvement strategies.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate admissions, student placement, and academic progression.
- Organize teacher training and professional development sessions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and educational guidelines.
- Coordinate with school leadership, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly academic progress reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
