*Candidate Specification (From Hiring Perspective):*
- Identify, plan and participate in Exhibitions, Expos or any Industrial Forum
- Coordinate with NPD/production teams for development of samples
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream or MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience of 8-12 years of Sales & Marketing in B2B/ OEM/ Industrial Sales and Business Development.
Exposure and knowledge of *Plastics, Polymers, PVC Compounds, Masterbatch, Chemicals* etc. would be preferred
