Campaign Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. The role focuses on delivering measurable performance, managing campaign lifecycles, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals.
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in digital/performance marketing or paid media execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation to reporting
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate with creative, content, and media teams
- Execute paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Use AI-assisted tools for campaign automation and optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time
- Manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting
- Run A/B tests for creatives, messaging, and funnels
- Generate campaign performance reports and actionable insights
- Improve conversion rates and engagement metrics
- Ensure campaigns align with brand voice and positioning
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience in paid media campaign execution
- Knowledge of audience targeting and funnel strategy
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret performance data
- Experience with campaign automation tools
- Strong coordination and project management ability
Preferred Skills:
- Email marketing experience
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics
- Experience in B2B / B2C campaign planning
- Technical skills in landing page integration with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other campaign automation tools
