Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, display, and content
- Manage website performance, CRO initiatives, and landing page optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and marketing dashboards
- Own the marketing calendar and coordinate cross-channel campaigns
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams
- Oversee external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed
- Stay up to date on digital trends, tools, and platform changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing (level can be adjusted)
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
