Huminity is India’s first hyper-realistic human miniature brand, creating life-like personalized 3D miniatures through advanced 360° body scanning and high-quality 3D printing. We are building a new category in premium gifting and experiential retail and are expanding across India through franchise outlets.
We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Development Manager who can drive franchise sales, handle leads, pitch the business opportunity, fix meetings, close franchise deals, and help build Huminity’s nationwide franchise network.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Follow-Up
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for responding to all franchise leads generated through Meta ads, Google, website, exhibitions, referrals, Franchise India, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
They must call every lead, understand the investor profile, explain the Huminity franchise opportunity, and maintain proper follow-up.
Franchise Sales & Pitching
The candidate should confidently explain Huminity’s concept, business model, investment requirement, location potential, ROI possibilities, and growth opportunity to prospective investors and franchise partners.
They should be able to convince serious investors and move them from enquiry stage to meeting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Meeting Fixing & Coordination
The role includes fixing meetings with qualified franchise leads through phone calls, Zoom calls, office meetings, or Experience Center visits.
The manager must coordinate with senior management for final discussions and help ensure smooth communication with every prospect.
Franchise Network Expansion
The candidate will actively work on increasing Huminity’s franchise network across India by identifying suitable cities, investors, mall locations, retail partners, business owners, and high-potential franchise prospects.
CRM & Lead Reporting
They must maintain all lead details in CRM or tracking sheets, including lead source, city, investment capacity, follow-up date, meeting status, remarks, and next action.
Weekly reports must be shared with management, including hot leads, pending follow-ups, closed leads, lost leads, and next week’s action plan.
Main Duties
Call and qualify franchise leads daily.
Respond quickly to social media and website enquiries.
Explain the Huminity franchise model professionally.
Share brochures, videos, presentations, and business details.
Fix meetings with serious investors.
Follow up until closure.
Coordinate Experience Center visits.
Work on franchise sales targets.
Maintain CRM and daily lead reports.
Identify new franchise opportunities in malls, tourist locations, airports, and premium markets.
Support franchise exhibitions, investor meets, and promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in franchise sales, business development, or investment sales.
Ability to handle high-value investors and business owners.
Good follow-up discipline.
Basic understanding of retail, franchise, and business models.
Confident personality with a sales-driven mindset.
Ability to explain ROI, investment, and business opportunity.
Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face meetings.
Knowledge of CRM or Excel lead tracking.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, channel sales, real estate sales, retail expansion, education franchise, salon franchise, food franchise, or investment-based sales.
Experience with franchise portals, Franchise India leads, Meta leads, LinkedIn outreach, or investor lead conversion will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a confident salesperson who can understand investor psychology, create urgency, build trust, and close franchise deals.
They should not only respond to leads but actively push the pipeline forward — from first call to meeting, from meeting to proposal, and from proposal to franchise closure.

Job Summary
Huminity is looking for a Franchise Development Manager who can become the driving force behind our India expansion. The role is focused on lead handling, investor calling, franchise pitching, meeting fixing, follow-up, negotiation support, and franchise network development.
This is a growth-focused role for someone who can help build Huminity into a strong nationwide franchise brand.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
