About the Role:-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Executive to manage HR operations, data, payroll, and performance management processes. This is a non-recruitment role focused entirely on HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and performance management systems. Fresh graduates with strong Excel skills and a keen eye for accuracy are encouraged to apply.
Note: This role does not involve any recruitment or talent acquisition responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:-
- HR Data & Records Management
- - Maintain and regularly update employee master data, attendance records, and leave trackers- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR data across systems and spreadsheets- Audit HR records periodically and flag discrepancies for correction- Manage employee documentation including offer letters, increment letters, and confirmation records
- Payroll Accuracy & Timelines
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, LOP, overtime, and reimbursements- Cross-verify payroll data for accuracy before processing and flag errors proactively- Ensure payroll is processed and disbursed within defined timelines without fail- Maintain payroll records and respond to employee salary queries with accurate data
- Track, verify, and process HR-related vendor invoices (payroll software, HR consultants, benefits vendors, etc.)- Maintain invoice logs, ensure timely submission for payments, and reconcile records monthly- Coordinate with the finance team for invoice approvals and payment follow-ups- Prepare and circulate daily HR MIS reports covering attendance, absenteeism, and headcount- Maintain weekly and monthly HR dashboards for senior management review- Compile and present organizational performance data in a structured, easy-to-read format- Use MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts) for all reporting and data analysis- Support the quarterly KPI evaluation process — collect, compile, and verify KPI data from all departments- Cross-check KPI scores for accuracy and completeness before they are reviewed by managers- Maintain PMS trackers and ensure all evaluations are completed within defined timelines- Flag pending or incomplete KPI submissions and follow up with department heads- Coordinate the end-to-end appraisal cycle — circulate forms, collect responses, and track completion- Maintain appraisal data, consolidate ratings, and prepare increment calculation sheets- Ensure increment letters are generated accurately and issued within the defined timeline- Maintain confidentiality of all appraisal and increment data at all timesRequirements :-

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA, BMS, or B.Com with HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory
- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations or related areas; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and an eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in developing a career in HR Operations, Payroll, MIS, and Performance Management
- Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to commute to Saki Naka will be preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
