Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in automation manufacturing and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation, commissioning, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and commissioning of automation systems and equipment at client sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper erection of structures, machinery, conveyors, and automation equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment required at the site.
- Support testing, trial runs, and final handover of projects.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial automation projects and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Experience in site execution, installation, and commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in automation manufacturing, industrial projects, or machinery installation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
