ArtByNaitik is looking for a full-time, in-studio YouTube Video Editor to join our creative team in Goregaon West, Mumbai.
This role is primarily focused on editing our YouTube long-form content — taking raw footage and turning it into engaging, well-paced videos that feel natural, entertaining and true to the ArtByNaitik style.
You’ll work closely with Naitik and the creative team throughout the editing process, from the first cut to revisions and the final video.
What you’ll be doing
- Edit YouTube long-form videos from raw footage to final delivery.
- Understand the story and structure of the footage rather than simply assembling clips.
- Work on pacing, cuts, music, sound effects and transitions to keep the video engaging.
- Add appropriate graphics, text, overlays and basic motion elements where required.
- Handle basic colour correction and audio cleanup.
- Select and organise the best footage while maintaining a clean editing workflow.
- Take feedback and work through revisions to reach the final edit.
- Collaborate with the creative team on upcoming videos, shoots and content ideas.
- Help maintain consistency in the overall editing style of the channel.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys YouTube and creator-led content.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing and visual editing.
- Comfortable working with long-form video.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand feedback and make changes accordingly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a specific editing style.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Prior experience editing YouTube videos is preferred, but strong editing ability and a good portfolio matter more than years of experience.
Software
You should be comfortable with professional video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, or be willing and able to transition to it quickly.
Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop or other creative tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹17,000–₹24,000/month, depending on skills and experience

This is an in-studio role, not a regular work-from-home position.
We’re looking for someone who wants to become a part of the creative process and grow with the channel, rather than simply completing editing assignments remotely.
