Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle incoming calls, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Respond to inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
- Support various office operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
