Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who is eager to learn, communicate effectively with clients, and build strong business relationships in the technology and engineering domain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
- Connect with AEC companies, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable software solutions
- Conduct client follow-ups and schedule meetings/demo sessions
- Convert leads into business opportunities and support deal closures
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients
- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams
- Maintain CRM and client database records properly
- Learn new AEC software technologies and industry trends continuously
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong confidence in client calls and meetings
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities
- Attentive and willing to learn new technologies and sales techniques
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle lead generation and client relationship management
- Ability to understand technical products/software with training support
- Prior experience in software IT sales, B2B sales, or AEC industry will be great advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply
- Candidates interested in technology and business development are encouraged
- Must be comfortable speaking with professional clients and decision-makers
- Candidates from outside Delhi-NCR will be preferred, especially from cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, and other major cities across India.
