Position Overview
Charms has a strong legacy in the National Capital Region, having operated in Delhi for over a decade. We are now expanding our NCR presence, and are hiring 3 Sr. Study Visa Counselors to anchor this expansion — one each based in New Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida. These roles start as work-from-home, with a primary focus on New Zealand, supplemented by opportunities with Australia, Canada, and other destination countries. As the NCR business grows, these positions have strong potential to transition into office-based leadership roles anchoring our local teams in each city.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study visa options based on their academic background and career aspirations
- Assist in course and university selection, conduct eligibility assessments, and prepare documentation
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission procedures and visa requirements for target countries
- Follow up with students to ensure smooth and timely application processing
- Effectively communicate with prospective students to convert inquiries and ensure client retention
- Guide and mentor junior team members
- Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and application progress
- Meet individual and team enrolment targets
- Help expand and represent Charms' brand and market presence in your base city

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated experience in study visa counseling (mandatory) with a proven track record
- Senior-level experience independently handling study visa applications, student counselling and visa process
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and visa documentation processes, particularly for New Zealand
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and converting inquiries
- Goal-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and student-focused approach
- Proficiency with CRM tools and email communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other visa destination countries (Australia, Canada, UK)
- Knowledge of Indian education system and student demographics
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring
- Prior familiarity with the NCR education consulting market

Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work From Home to start (candidates based in New Delhi, Gurugram, or Noida), transitioning to city-based offices as each local team grows
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month, fixed base (negotiable based on experience), plus performance-based incentives
