Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Product Owner for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico/Costa Rica. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of billing, payments, and software solutions for professional services firms.
You'll drive the day-to-day product work behind Tabs3 and Orion, the practice management platforms that thousands of law firms rely on to run their business. It is a hands-on role that spans the full product lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Mid-Market and Enterprise Legal Solutions, you will help define the roadmap and then own the details that turn it into shipped software: researching incoming feature requests, building the case for what to prioritize, writing product requirements documents and user stories, and partnering closely with engineering and design through delivery. When developers hit product or specification questions that block progress, you will work with customers, internal teams, and leadership to quickly determine the right direction and keep development moving. The role combines responsibilities that are often split across product management, product ownership, business analysis, and scrum master. It is well-suited to a candidate who has worked across several of these areas and is comfortable moving between them, weighing priorities with leadership one moment, and defining exactly how a feature should behave the next. Success in this role demands a self-directed professional who pursues the information needed to move work forward rather than waiting for it to arrive.
