We are hiring a Technical Product Consultant whose primary role is to explain our products to customers over phone calls and drive sales closure. This role involves technical sales support, where you'll educate customers about product features, benefits, and technical specifications to help them make informed purchasing decisions
Key Responsibilities
Customer Product Education (Primary Role)
- Call-based product presentations: Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers over phone calls
- Product demonstrations: Walk customers through how the product works (e.g., cruise control installation, features, benefits)
- Answer customer queries: Address technical questions about product compatibility, installation, pricing, and warranty
- Educate customers: Help customers understand product value proposition compared to competitors
Sales Closure
- Drive conversions: Turn interested customers into paying customers through effective communication
- Handle objections: Address customer concerns about pricing, installation, or product features
- Close sales: Finalize deals, process orders, and ensure customer commitment
Technical Sales Support
- Technical consultation: Provide technical guidance on product compatibility with different car models
- Installation guidance: Explain installation process, requirements, and after-sales support
- Product troubleshooting: Help customers understand common issues and solutions
- Coordinate with technical team: Escalate complex technical issues to installation/support team when needed
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow-up calls: Reach out to leads who showed interest but didn't purchase
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and offer post-sale support
- Build relationships: Create long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain CRM: Document all customer interactions, queries, and sales in the CRM system
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan
