Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & Administration)

Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting day-to-day HR and office administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication,coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
HR & Administration
- Coordinate with office staff, housekeeping personnel, drivers, and other support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and attendance reports.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation.
- Manage office administrative requirements, including stationery, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide operational support whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
