Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth implementation of company HR policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal files.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Manage employee performance, confirmation, appraisal, and disciplinary processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete employee exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.
- Support management in improving employee productivity, discipline, and workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
